See-Through Toaster

I check out Gizmodo whenever I’m in one of those, “What would I buy if I found a lunch sack full of money” moods. Today, Gizmodo linked to a concept for an open-walled toaster, posted on Sternform (scroll to the right). Brilliant! Put me down for a baker’s dozen! Who hasn’t wanted to watch their toast, er, toast? Sure, my house might burn down in the process, but I can finally find out what happens inside that little silver box. Sternform is apparently looking for a manufacturer to mass-produce this little genius box.

Next up: open-walled microwave.
